According to the available information, at around 11:30 am, the driver stopped his vehicle on Griva Digeni Avenue in Paphos, reversed and collided lightly with a vehicle behind him before leaving the scene. A police officer in the area observed the incident and attempted to stop the vehicle. The driver, however, did not comply and sped away, driving dangerously through city roads.
