The Bank of Russia projects the key rate at 14.5-14.6% in 2026, and 10.5-12.5% in 2027 under the baseline scenario, the regulator said. The key rate is projected at 8-9% in 2028, and at 7.5-8.5% in 2029. The Central Bank also expects inflation at 6-7% in 2026, and at 4% from 2027 to 2029 under its baseline scenario. GDP growth is projected at 0-1% in 2026, and 1.5-2.5% in 2027-2029.
