Ayios Ioannis Pitsilias is set to host its 7th Gastronomy Festival on August 30, celebrating the culinary legacy of the late Chef Andreas Mavrommatis. The festival, which begins at 11:00 AM, will feature a blend of local and international culinary talents, including chefs from Paris who will showcase signature recipes inspired by Mavrommatis’s journey from the Cypriot village to the esteemed restaurants of the French capital.
