**Coffee Berry Cyprus: Celebrating 10 Years of Quality and Community**

To commemorate this achievement, a special celebration was held at Pinolo, where the brand reflected on its decade-long journey, commitment to quality, and the strong relationships it has forged with its customers.
The event featured the unveiling of Coffee Berry's new anniversary campaign, alongside a unique “10” blend. This specially crafted coffee blend boasts rich chocolate notes, a pronounced fruity complexity, balanced medium acidity, and a clean, pleasant aftertaste, embodying the brand’s dedication to quality.
Guests, partners, and media representatives at the celebration were invited to explore an experiential area designed to showcase the journey of the coffee bean, from the coffee tree to the final cup. Attendees had the opportunity to sample a variety of coffee flavors and aromas, enhancing their understanding of the craftsmanship behind each cup.
Demetris Zorbas, CEO of Zorbas Group, expressed his pride in reaching this milestone during his address. He emphasized that the journey into the coffee market was not a straightforward path but rather a result of a long process leading to the partnership with Coffee Berry. Zorbas highlighted the specialized nature of the coffee market, which demands continuous innovation, the introduction of new flavors and blends, and significant attention to water quality—an essential factor in the final coffee product, accounting for approximately 97% of the beverage.
“Our greatest goal is for our customers to enjoy the same high-quality cup of coffee at every Coffee Berry store across Cyprus,” Zorbas stated, noting the Group's substantial investments to ensure consistency across its offerings.
Yiannis Nakas, Coffee & Technical Services Manager for Coffee Berry Greece, also spoke at the event, sharing his pride in the brand's decade in Cyprus. He elaborated on the technical features of coffee and the philosophy surrounding specialty coffee, underscoring the expertise that enhances the Coffee Berry experience. Nakas characterized the relationship with Zorbas Group as familial, stating, “Zorbas Group is not simply one of our partners, it is family. Built around the theme “Celebrating 10 years together,” the video highlights the trust and familiarity that have developed between customers and baristas over the years.
Looking ahead, Tsene mentioned that Coffee Berry has planned various activities to celebrate this milestone, with the aim of giving back to customers for their ongoing support. “Our goal is to give back to our customers a small part of the love and support they show us every day,” she concluded.
