**Cyprus Stock Exchange Updates Warning Labels for Listed Firms**

The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) has released the results of its latest review regarding the compliance of listed companies with minimum market capitalisation requirements. This review, which assessed companies from January to June 2026, has led to significant changes in the trading status of several firms.

In a notable development, CLR Investment Fund Public Ltd will no longer carry the “(S)” trading warning label, effective Monday, August 10, 2026. This change comes after the company successfully met the minimum market capitalisation requirements, which are essential both for initial listing and ongoing compliance under CSE regulations.

Conversely, several other companies will continue to display the “(S)” designation, indicating non-compliance with the minimum market capitalisation requirement. The firms retaining this warning label include Actibond Growth Fund Public Company Ltd, Chris Joannou Public Ltd, Unigrowth Investments Public Ltd, Philoktimatiki Public Ltd, and Display Art Plc. Additionally, the designation will remain on the shares of Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd, Ischys Investment Public Ltd, Harvest Capital Management Public Ltd, Regallia Holdings & Investments Public Ltd, and Unifast Finance & Investments Public Company Ltd.

The CSE has clarified that the ongoing non-compliance of these companies with the minimum market capitalisation requirement is the reason for the retention of the warning labels. This requirement is not only a listing condition but also an ongoing obligation that companies must adhere to in order to maintain their status on the exchange.

In a further update, 7Q Investments Public Ltd will be assigned the “(S)” warning label starting August 10, 2026, due to its failure to meet the minimum market capitalisation requirement. Similarly, CPI Holdings Public Ltd will continue to bear the warning designation as no transactions occurred in its shares during the review period, which was attributed to low trading activity. The lack of trading made it impossible for the CSE to calculate the average market capitalisation for CPI Holdings.

The CSE also noted that several other companies had their shares suspended from trading on the surveillance market during the review period, preventing the calculation of average market capitalisation. These companies include Toxotis Investments Public Ltd, A. Tsokkos Hotels Public Ltd, Dome Investments Public Company Ltd, and Karyes Investment Public Company Ltd.

The exchange emphasized that the “(S)” warning designation will be lifted from the affected companies once it is determined that the reasons for the designation have been resolved. This process underscores the CSE's commitment to maintaining market integrity and ensuring that listed companies adhere to the established financial standards.

As the CSE continues to monitor compliance among listed firms, stakeholders and investors are encouraged to stay informed about these developments, as they can significantly impact trading activities and investment decisions on the exchange.
