A 17-year-old creator and administrator of international terrorist online communities has been detained, placed in custody and charged with preparation for the murder of schoolchildren, the Investigative Committee and Federal Security Service (FSB) reported. The minor radical administered resources promoting terrorist ideology with an audience of over 200,000 users, of whom about 5,000 were active participants.
