Cypriot investment firm Demetra Holdings Plc bought back 1,507 of its own shares on October 2, 2026, as part of its ongoing share buyback programme, according to an announcement issued on Monday. The company carried out the transactions in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) and the directives of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. The purchase followed a decision taken at the firm’s annual general meeting on June 30, 2026, where shareholders granted the required authorisation for the buyback scheme.
