"EU Member States have agreed on the terms for releasing €6.6 billion European Peace Facility funds for Ukraine," she wrote on X. "€900 million are for the EU’s Military Assistance Mission for Ukraine," Kallas noted. €1 billion will be spent for financing new joint procurements, while €4.7 billion are earmarked for compensations to participating countries, she added.
