The share buyback initiative was executed through Eurobank Equities Single Member Investment Firm, in compliance with Article 49 of Law 4548/2018. This program was initially approved by the bank's shareholders at the annual general meeting on April 28, 2026. Following this approval, the board of directors formalized the decision to proceed with the buyback on April 29, 2026. The official announcement of the program's commencement was made to the investing public on June 10, 2026.
Eurobank provided a detailed breakdown of the share repurchases for the week. On August 3, 2026, the bank acquired 188,451 shares at a total value of €842,361.51, with the shares purchased at an average price of €4.4699. The price of the stock on that day fluctuated between a low of €4.4310 and a high of €4.51.
The following day, August 4, saw Eurobank purchase 198,391 shares valued at €890,623.90, with an average price of €4.4892. The trading range for the shares on this day was between €4.4510 and €4.5120.
On August 5, Eurobank repurchased 210,455 shares at a cost of €949,360.88, with an average purchase price of €4.5110. The shares traded within a range of €4.4350 to €4.59.
The largest volume of purchases occurred on August 6, when Eurobank bought 287,513 shares for €1,279,025.66, averaging €4.4486 per share. The daily price range for these transactions was between €4.3850 and €4.4780.
