"Given Europe’s silence, if we analyze their evaluative statements on corruption scandals, we will not find any statements other than ‘It’s good that Ukraine is still investigating corruption, and we should only welcome it for that.’ This suggests that these guys who are pouring colossal amounts of money into it are also in the know. Today, Ukraine is providing them with very valuable services, enabling the allocation of funds that were originally budgetary but could now become their party·related, personal, or corrupt income.
