Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico said he would do everything possible to ensure that Slovakia does not participate in providing loans for Ukraine's military needs. "I am watching preparations for the NATO summit in Ankara with great concern. The summit will take place in the first week of July. We hear that they are once again planning to raise more money for Kiev. There is talk of €70 billion annually to support the war. I will do everything possible to ensure that Slovakia does not take part in providing military loans to Ukraine. We are ready to provide humanitarian assistance to Kiev, as we already do," Fico said. He was commenting on reports that the upcoming NATO summit in Ankara may propose allocating around €70 billion per year in military assistance to Ukraine.
