Three fire engines, a hydraulic telescopic platform and a breathing apparatus vehicle, all from Larnaca Fire Stations, are at the scene. Reinforcements have been requested from EMAK, with an additional fire engine on the way. Police have also been notified. The search inside the factory for possible trapped persons is running in parallel with firefighting operations. Smoke from the fire is visible across the whole of Larnaca.
