Officers were alerted on June 8, shortly after 7pm, to an injured person at Paphos Hospital. They found the 19-year-old victim, who told police his injuries had been caused by people known to him. In the course of the investigation, evidence was secured against four suspects — aged 24, 19, and two aged 21 — who were arrested yesterday afternoon and taken into custody. The suspects are being investigated on suspicion of assault, causing actual bodily harm and carrying a bladed weapon. All four are expected to appear before Paphos District Court today, where police will seek remand orders. Paphos CID is investigating.
