The teenager was arrested at around 2:30pm today after officers secured testimony implicating him. Three other suspects arrested earlier over the same case remain in custody to facilitate the investigation. Paphos CID is investigating offences including conspiracy to commit a felony and misdemeanour, riotous conduct, robbery, assault causing actual bodily harm, illegal possession and transport of an offensive weapon, common assault and malicious damage, all allegedly committed on the night of August 18 in Paphos. According to the case details, a 26-year-old food delivery driver was attacked in the Moutallos area at around 8:40pm after an unknown man, accompanied by three others, refused to pay for an order and threw a stone at him. Other couriers arrived after being alerted, and around ten unknown men, some allegedly carrying metal objects, attacked the group, knocking over and damaging their motorcycles. Four of the unknown men then drove to another part of Moutallos, where three of them attacked a 22-year-old courier who had just completed a delivery, robbing him of cash and his mobile phone before fleeing to an unknown location.
