A giant hot dog sculpture has returned to Times Square in New York as artists unveiled 'Hot Dog: The Second Serving', a 20-metre installation celebrating America's 250th anniversary. ADVERTISEMENT ADVERTISEMENT Created by Brooklyn artists Jen Catron and Paul Outlaw, the sculpture is a new version of their previous 'Hot Dog in the City' installation. The artists say Times Square was the ideal location because of its constant activity and mix of people, which they see as a reflection of American society. They describe the work as playful and excessive, while also carrying a deeper message about the country today.
