"While substantial progress has been made on the trade front, we believe there remains significant untapped potential in investment cooperation. The India-Russia Working Group on Priority Investment Projects has emerged as an important institutional mechanism for identifying, facilitating and monitoring strategic investments between our two countries," Bhatia said. "We are witnessing growing cooperation across manufacturing, mining, transportation, chemicals, healthcare, critical minerals, advanced technologies and digital solutions.
