**Judge Reserves Decision on Father's Request to Attend Children's Funeral in Bulgaria**
The senior judge of the Sovereign Base Areas (SBA) court has reserved his decision regarding a bail application from a father accused in the tragic deaths of his two young sons. The father is seeking temporary release to travel to Bulgaria to attend the funerals of his children, aged eight and ten, who were found dead in a parked vehicle in Xylofagou in June.
The hearing, which took place over two days, concluded without an immediate ruling from the judge. He indicated that a written decision would be provided to both the prosecution and the defense in the coming days.
The application for bail was presented by defense lawyer Christos Theodoulou, who argued that the accused should be allowed to attend his children's funerals.
