Ltd. guilty of committing an administrative offense under Article 19.7.10-4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (failure by a social network owner to comply with an order issued by the federal executive body responsible for control and supervision in the fields of mass media, mass communications, information technologies, and telecommunications).
