**New Toyota Yaris Cross Unveiled During Exclusive Event in Tallinn**
Toyota recently introduced the new Yaris Cross at a unique lifestyle event held in Tallinn, Estonia. The event, inspired by the whimsical world of “Alice in Wonderland,” showcased the compact SUV's features and capabilities through an engaging four-stop tour across various locations in the Estonian capital.
Among the attendees were digital content creators from Cyprus, Kalia Eleutheriou and Nikolas Ioannides, who had the opportunity to experience the Yaris Cross firsthand. Each stop of the tour highlighted a different aspect of the vehicle, beginning at the PROTO Invention Factory located within the historic Noblessner shipyard. This venue was chosen to demonstrate the Yaris Cross's practicality and innovative use of space. Despite its compact dimensions, the SUV offers a flexible interior, including rear seats that can be configured in a 40:20:40 split, accommodating various cargo needs. The Yaris Cross is available in both front-wheel drive and the advanced AWD-i all-wheel drive system, catering to diverse driving preferences.
The second stop took place at Haven House, a modern retreat surrounded by nature, where the focus shifted to the comfort and convenience offered by the Yaris Cross Hybrid 130. This model is designed to deliver smooth acceleration while benefiting from Toyota's renowned hybrid technology, making it an excellent choice for daily commutes as well as weekend getaways.
Participants then moved to the Kultuurikatel – Tallinn Creative Hub, where they could experience the capabilities of the Hybrid 130 system. With a power output of 130 DIN hp and a torque of 185 Nm, this model promises immediate responsiveness and dynamic performance, all while maintaining the fuel efficiency that the Yaris Cross is known for.
The tour concluded at the NOA beachfront restaurant, which offered stunning views of Tallinn Bay. Here, attendees were introduced to the updated design of the Yaris Cross, featuring new LED lighting, refined exterior details, and a variety of new wheel and color options. Inside, enhancements such as upgraded materials, ambient lighting, and wireless charging were showcased, contributing to an elevated sense of comfort and quality.
The Yaris Cross has quickly become a best-seller in its category across Europe, thanks to its combination of compact size, hybrid efficiency, practicality, and SUV characteristics. Looking ahead, Toyota plans to enhance the Yaris Cross range for 2026, introducing a more refined design, richer equipment options, and new customization possibilities. Additionally, the upcoming GR SPORT model is expected to offer a more dynamic driving experience.
Manufactured specifically for the European market at the Toyota Motor Manufacturing France facility, the new Yaris Cross continues to blend the practicality of the Yaris family with the versatility and visibility expected from a modern compact SUV.
For those interested in experiencing the new Toyota Yaris Cross, it is now available for customization. Test drives will soon be offered at authorized Toyota dealerships across Cyprus.
