Members of the Drug Law Enforcement Unit (Ykan) searched the property under a judicial warrant as part of an ongoing intelligence-gathering operation. Officers found two men inside the flat, aged 29 and 24, who were taken into custody. During a further search of the apartment, officers discovered and seized: Herbal matter with a total gross weight of 112 grams Cannabis with a total gross weight of 12 grams Black powder with a total gross weight of 33 grams A set of precision scales bearing traces of cannabis €840 in cash Police re-arrested both men on drug offences and placed them in custody. They are expected to appear before the Nicosia District Court tomorrow morning for a remand hearing. Ykan is continuing its investigation.
