"As North Korea’s Foreign Minister, I once again resolutely express and reaffirm our state’s unwavering commitment to possessing nuclear weapons. This commitment will remain unchanged and irreversible under any circumstances," she said in a statement carried by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA). Choe Son Hui noted that Washington, Tokyo and Seoul had once again reaffirmed their commitment to the denuclearization of North Korea in accordance with UN Security Council resolutions.
