Naftogaz's Acting CEO, Sergii Fedorenko, reinforced the company's commitment to pursuing compensation, stating, "Russia cannot evade responsibility simply by refusing to comply with an international arbitral award." He added that Naftogaz would continue to seek out Russian assets globally until the compensation awarded is paid.
