Winds during storms, the warning continues, may shift and strengthen temporarily, with stronger gusts. Christodoulou said the conditions will last just one day. “From Sunday, the weather will be clear again. Temperatures, which will drop to 30 degrees Celsius, will rise gradually, reaching around 38 degrees, normal for the season, by next Tuesday,” he said. In detail, the forecast shows tomorrow’s weather will be intermittently cloudy, with local rain and storms. Some storms will be intense, accompanied by hail and gusty winds that cannot be ruled out from locally reaching 5 on the Beaufort scale. Wind speed and direction may shift and strengthen during storms. Temperatures will rise to around 30 degrees inland and along the rest of the coast, and around 21 degrees in the higher mountains. On Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, the weather will be mostly clear, though cloud building around midday and in the afternoon could bring isolated rain, mainly in the mountains. Temperatures will rise on Sunday, though remaining below average climatological values, at least in the mountains and inland. By Tuesday, temperatures are expected to return generally to around the seasonal average.
