**Petrolina Pays Final 2025 Dividend to Shareholders**
Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd has announced the payment of its final dividend for the fiscal year 2025, amounting to €0.02 per share. This announcement was made on Tuesday, with the distribution being facilitated through the Cyprus Stock Exchange's (CSE) established dividend payment procedures.
The company clarified that shareholders whose holdings are managed by a member of the Cyprus Stock Exchange received their net dividends directly into their respective client accounts. This process adheres to the new cash distribution protocols implemented by the exchange. For shareholders whose shares are categorized under the ‘Special Account/Global CSE’, dividend cheques were issued and mailed to the addresses listed in the CSE shareholders’ register, as provided by each shareholder.
This final dividend payment follows the approval of a 5.8 percent dividend, equating to 2.0 cents per share, which was ratified during Petrolina's annual general meeting. The payout date for this dividend was set for July 28, 2026.
In a related development, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has granted Dinos Lefkaritis an exemption from the obligation to submit a mandatory public takeover bid. This exemption pertains to his planned acquisition of up to 10,000 Petrolina shares, which represents approximately 0.0114 percent of the company's issued share capital and voting rights.
Additionally, Petrolina has announced an interim dividend for the year 2026. The board has approved a payment of €0.01 per share, which translates to 2.94 percent, for shareholders recorded as of July 30, 2026. The payment for this interim dividend is scheduled for August 28, 2026.
In a separate initiative, Petrolina is advancing its Land of Tomorrow coastal development project. The company has established five special purpose entities to facilitate the progression of this large-scale mixed-use development, which is expected to span approximately 300,000 square meters and unfold over a timeline of 12 to 15 years.
As Petrolina continues to navigate its financial and developmental strategies, these dividend payments and ongoing projects reflect the company's commitment to its shareholders and its vision for future growth.
