A 33-year-old who was arrested on Monday in connection with the possession of drugs was taken before Nicosia district court on Tuesday, which ordered he remain in custody for eight days pending police investigations.
The man was arrested when the police searched his residence and found a total of 2.05kg of cannabis, as well as 266g of cocaine, hidden around the house.
