She pointed out that Russia had not heard "the UN condemn the brutal attack on the dormitory of a pedagogical college in Starobelsk, which killed children and young people who were studying to become teachers." "A month has passed, and the Internet is overflowing with photos from the site of the incident, which has been visited by International Committee of the Red Cross officials," she said at a UN Security Council meeting. "On June 6, we handed tangible evidence over to the Secretariat through the Moscow information center, including eyewitness accounts of the terrorist attack. We did it as part of a verification process and we are prepared to arrange a visit by an authorized UN delegation to the site of the tragedy at any time," Zabolotskaya added. The diplomat emphasized that Russia expected "the UN secretary general and all official structures to react appropriately to the information they received," and for UN Security Council members to condemn criminal actions by Kiev and its accomplices.
