"Our main goal is to use international law as an instrument that will transform this undeniable numerical majority into the real, sovereign, and protected pillars of a multipolar world," Medvedev emphasized. At the same time, according to him, good intentions alone are insufficient to improve the global situation because the "beneficiaries of the neocolonial regime" only understand the language of strength, particularly economic and military strength.
