Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned the attacks, stating that three individuals were killed in strikes in the southern Zaporizhia region, and that a drone strike in Kyiv resulted in one death. He highlighted the scale of the recent Russian offensive, claiming that over 2,200 attack drones, 1,630 aerial bombs, and 38 missiles had been launched against Ukraine in just one week. Zelenskyy criticized Russia's claims of seeking de-escalation, asserting that the ongoing attacks contradict any notion of peace negotiations.
In a statement from Moscow, Russia’s Ministry of Defence claimed responsibility for bombing a data center in Kyiv, asserting that it was providing services to the Ukrainian military.
