**Selk Reappoints Odysseas Christodoulou as President**
The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (Selk) has announced the reappointment of Odysseas Christodoulou as its president following the successful conclusion of the statutory proceedings at the association’s 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM, which took place recently, also saw the formation of a new board of directors.
During the inaugural meeting of the newly established board, Christodoulou retained his leadership position, while Andreas Andreou continued as vice-president. The board's composition reflects a blend of continuity and experience, as several members were re-elected to serve another term.
The newly formed board of directors includes:
- **President**: Odysseas Christodoulou
- **Vice-President**: Andreas Andreou
- **Secretary**: Eleni Pyrgou
Additionally, the board comprises members Konstantinos Kallis, Nikos Stavrou, Stavros Ioannou, Savvas Kleitou, Eliza Leivadiotou, Marios Demetriades, Spyros Spyrou, Avxentis Zemenides, Nikolas Siakallis, George Hadjineophytou, and Ioanna Nikolaidou.
In his remarks following the reappointment, Christodoulou expressed gratitude to his fellow board members for their trust and confidence.
