The event, held at The Ellinikon Experience Centre, brought together media representatives, business figures, banking and real estate executives and project partners, who toured the site and were briefed on construction progress before a formal presentation and cocktail reception. According to Hellenic Estates, Skyline Havens was first unveiled in November 2025 and is being developed in partnership with LAMDA Development, as the first residential project in East Village, a new neighbourhood at The Ellinikon. The project spans two city blocks in the heart of East Village and comprises 150 residences across eight buildings, designed by Liakos Architects. Hellenic Estates is responsible for the project’s development, while LAMDA Prime Properties, a subsidiary of LAMDA Development, has been given exclusive responsibility for marketing and sales. The development sits around 400 metres from the “Elliniko” metro station and roughly 1.4 kilometres from Agios Kosmas Marina and the seafront, combining direct access to the city with proximity to the Athens Riviera coastline, the company said. The one-to-four-bedroom residences are designed around privacy, contemporary architecture and a connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. All residences are gated, with private underground parking and shared pool, gym and children’s play facilities. Ground-floor residences have private gardens and pools, while penthouses have private roof terraces with pools and panoramic views over the sea, The Ellinikon Park and the Athens skyline. Hellenic Estates founder and principal shareholder Konstantinos Tsouvelekakis said: “The Ellinikon isn’t just a major investment or construction project. It’s a new chapter for Athens and the Athens Riviera, a project that’s changing the face of the city and strengthening Greece’s position on the international map of major urban developments. In my own view, The Ellinikon, once fully developed, will be the best address in Europe. That’s why our ambition is for Skyline Havens to become a benchmark for contemporary housing in Greece, a project we’ll all be genuinely proud of.” Hellenic Estates founder and principal shareholder Dimitris Goneos said: “The construction progress achieved in just eight months of work, as everyone who attended could see for themselves, especially during their visit to the site, impresses even us, and we live with it every day. A new neighbourhood is being born inside The Ellinikon Metropolitan Park, in The Ellinikon, the city of the 21st century, with its own distinct character and a focus on the quality of life of its future residents. Our shared vision at Hellenic Estates is taking shape. Every day the landscape around us changes, and we’re proud to be part of that transformation.” LAMDA Development’s Chief Commercial Officer for Residential, Alexandros Moulas, presented Skyline Havens in detail during the event, focusing on the project’s distinct character and identity as well as its key commercial strengths, according to the company. He said: “The LAMDA Prime Properties team handling sales and marketing for all residences at The Ellinikon brings extensive experience and deep, specialised knowledge of both the project and the buyer market. Our partnership with Hellenic Estates, which has strong expertise in property development, provides an ideal framework for creating a new and distinctive residential destination. Our goal is for Skyline Havens to become a modern residential community that combines high aesthetic standards with an elevated lifestyle, ensuring superior construction quality, extensive outdoor spaces and sea views, and offering a complete, enduring living experience.” Skyline Havens forms part of the first development phase of The Ellinikon, with completion and handover scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028, the company said.
