A few years ago, brothers Joe and Carlo Salanitri, together with childhood friend Andrew Manfre, started out filming videos inspired by parents, grandparents and other familiar family figures. Their characters, including Johnny, Vince, Sam, Giuseppina, Carmela and Angela, have since become recognisable to a huge international audience. Their success isn’t confined to the internet.
