On Monday, August 24, works will take place on Odysseas Elytis Street, on the section between its junction with Konstantinoupoleos Street and its junction with Ouranou Street. The works will run from 7am to 6pm, and the road will remain closed to traffic for their duration. The following day, Tuesday, August 25, works move to Democratias Street, affecting the section between its junction with Iosif Hadjiiosif Avenue and its junction with the entrance to Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue. Resurfacing on Democratias Street will begin at 8pm on Tuesday and continue until 5:30am on Wednesday, August 26. The road will also be closed to traffic for the duration of these works. The municipality is calling on residents to move their vehicles off the road in good time and to follow on-site signage as well as police instructions.
