The deadline for applications for state student support for the 2025-2026 academic year has been extended to October 20 at 2pm, the grants and subsidies service of the finance ministry said on Tuesday.
The original deadline was October 12 at 10am.
Authorities granted the extension after discovering that some applications were incorrectly completed, with several remaining in draft form or submitted despite system warnings.
Students are urged to submit or complete their applications electronically with the correct information.
The service said the extension was intended to give families another opportunity to complete the process and avoid being excluded due to unforeseen circumstances.
Authorities stressed that this is the final extension and the deadline will not be extended further.
