The weather will be mostly clear during the day, although locally increased cloud cover in the afternoon, mainly over the mountains, could bring isolated rain or a short thunderstorm. Winds may locally reach strong levels of 5 Beaufort during the afternoon. Temperatures will rise to around 38°C inland, around 32°C on the coast and around 29°C in the higher mountains. Saturday night will be mostly clear, although low cloud and thin fog are expected to form locally later, mainly in inland areas and across the eastern half of the island. Temperatures will fall to around 19°C inland and in the higher mountains and around 21°C on the coast. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday will be generally mostly clear, although locally increased cloud cover is expected during the afternoons and could bring isolated rain over the mountains. Temperatures are not expected to change significantly on Sunday. A gradual fall is forecast by Tuesday, when temperatures are expected to remain slightly above seasonal averages.
