The Cyprus Music Archive production “Zournas and Ntaouli of Cyprus” stars Kemal Devetzi (zournas) and Aziz Kahraman (ntaouli), two of the last living traditional musicians in Cyprus who still know and perform the old Cypriot repertoire for these two instruments. 22894531. The Satirical Theatre Festival 2026 continues with “Flat Shoes”, written by Giorgos Papakonstantinou, with artistic direction by Papakonstantinou and Michaella Kasinou, who also performs. A confessional one-woman show of contemporary Cypriot creation, combining speech, music and song with humour, emotion and disarming honesty. Katerina, a heroine of modern everyday life, narrates life in her 30s, between love affairs, expectations, small defeats and self-deprecation.
