"The Kiev regime’s attack on the Iranian commercial vessel that was heading from Astrakhan with civilian cargoes constitutes an act of aggression that infringes upon the norms of international law. Such criminal acts expose the Kiev regime’s unquestionable desire to expand the geographical scope of its terrorist activities," she said. "This yet another attack on civilian vessels in the Caspian Sea indicates that a clear threat to the regional security of the Caspian littoral states is emerging," she added.
