According to Rodion Miroshnik, who oversees the Russian Foreign Ministry's mission tracking war crimes, Ukrainian strikes have resulted in the deaths of 21 children and injuries to 183 others in the past three months. This figure marks the highest number of child casualties since the escalation of the conflict in 2022. Miroshnik also reported that in the second quarter of this year alone, Ukrainian actions have led to the deaths of 422 civilians and injuries to 2,618 others.
