A yellow warning is in force from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. for isolated strong thunderstorms in the mountains, parts of the southeast and inland areas. Hail is expected during thunderstorms. Weak low pressure and an unstable air mass are affecting the region, according to the weather forecast. Early today, locally increased low cloud is expected, particularly in the west, along with patches of light fog, which will soon clear. The weather will gradually become mainly fine in most areas, with temporarily increased cloud. From midday onwards, developing cloud is expected to bring local rain and isolated thunderstorms, mainly in the mountains, parts of the southeast and inland areas. Hail is expected during thunderstorms. Winds will blow mainly southwesterly to northwesterly, light to moderate, force 3 to 4 Beaufort. In the afternoon, winds along the coast will become moderate to strong and locally strong, force 4 to 5 Beaufort. The sea will generally be slight. Temperatures will rise to around 33 °C inland, 27 °C on the west coast, around 30 °C on the remaining coasts and 24 °C in the higher mountains.
