The Executive Education Centre (EEC) of the University of Limassol (UoL) is strengthening its new identity through the ‘Life-Evolving Learning’ philosophy, which reflects the role of continuous learning in an ever-changing labour market. With lifelong learning at its core, the EEC offers a range of professional development opportunities, including programmes fully or partially subsidised by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA), live training, bespoke training programmes for businesses and organisations, as well as self-paced online courses that can be started at any time. The training portfolio covers subject areas directly related to the contemporary needs of professionals and businesses, including Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation, leadership and innovation, people management (the management and development of human resources), ESG (environmental, social and governance matters) and sustainable development, as well as finance, legal matters and regulatory compliance. A common thread running through all programmes is the connection between knowledge and practice. Training is designed for professionals and organisations seeking up-to-date content, practical tools and skills that can be applied immediately in the workplace. The ‘Life-Evolving Learning’ philosophy links learning to the continuous evolution of the role, skills and needs of every professional and business. Further information on the programmes and training options available at the UoL Executive Education Centre can be found at eec.uol.ac.cy.
