Members of the Famagusta Police Operations Unit spotted the woman shortly after midnight. She was found in possession of a metal canister, 64 unused nitrous oxide capsules, 68 balloons, and €100 in cash, all of which were seized. A check on the woman’s residency status revealed she was living in Cyprus without the necessary permits. She has been remanded in custody and is expected to appear before Famagusta District Court later today for her case to be formally registered. The case is being handled by Ayia Napa Police Station.
