**12 Arrested in Overnight Police Operations Across Cyprus**
In a series of coordinated police operations conducted throughout urban areas of Cyprus on Tuesday night, twelve individuals were arrested on various charges, including theft, robbery, traffic violations, and illegal residency in the Republic.
The operations were part of a broader effort by law enforcement to enhance public safety and enforce compliance with local laws. During the night, police officers stopped and checked a total of 582 drivers and 206 passengers, highlighting the extensive scope of the initiative.
