**AMANI Aims to Redefine Residential Living in Limassol**

In response to evolving preferences in the Limassol residential market, Amby, a prominent real estate developer known as “the Urban Island Developer,” is launching AMANI, a new residential project in the Panthea area of Agios Athanasios. This development is designed to cater to a growing demand for homes that prioritize wellness, community, and convenience, alongside traditional factors such as size and design.

AMANI represents one of Amby’s most ambitious projects to date, encompassing a 17,000-square-meter plot with seven buildings that will house a total of 167 residential units. The offerings will include one-bedroom, one-plus-one, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, some featuring private gardens and views of the sea, shared gardens, the pool, or the surrounding park. Additionally, the development will include two-, three-, and four-bedroom penthouses boasting either sea or panoramic city views.

The project has been designed in collaboration with a team of architects and consultants, including HSC Architects, PPA Architects, EKKY Studios, and UHA, highlighting the scale and ambition of the undertaking. According to Amby CEO Armen Arustamov, AMANI is not just a residence with added amenities; it is a holistic environment crafted around the concept of well-being. "This reflects our vision for Amby: to reveal new dimensions of life in Cyprus by rethinking what everyday living can feel like," he stated.

The design of AMANI is a direct response to changing expectations among homebuyers, who are increasingly seeking residences that support healthier lifestyles and include facilities typically found in hospitality or resort settings. Central to the AMANI concept is a suite of wellness and lifestyle amenities inspired by hotel offerings. The development will feature two indoor pools, an outdoor pool, a separate children's pool, a gym equipped for yoga and pilates, a sauna, a cold plunge, a massage room, and a rooftop herbal park, alongside designated wellness spaces.

In addition to wellness facilities, AMANI aims to foster community interaction among residents. The development will include a coworking space, a café, an event space, and a barbecue area, all designed to encourage social connections without the need to leave the premises. The layout has been thoughtfully planned to meet the needs of modern families, incorporating shared spaces and practical features that enhance daily living. Private gardens, a children's playground, and secure underground parking are also integral to the design, promoting a sense of community and interaction among residents.

Strategically located, AMANI is in close proximity to several of Limassol’s private schools, making it an attractive option for families. The Grammar School is just a three-minute walk away, while Foley’s School is a five-minute drive. The Heritage School and The Island School are both approximately 15 minutes by car, which Amby highlights as a significant advantage for families looking to simplify their daily school runs. The location also provides convenient access to the city center and major routes in and out of Limassol.

Through the AMANI project, Amby aims to establish a new category of residential living in Limassol that emphasizes well-being, combining premium housing with lifestyle infrastructure tailored to the needs of contemporary families. This initiative reflects a broader trend in the residential market, where buyers are increasingly valuing wellness, community, and convenience alongside traditional considerations of size, location, and design.

As Limassol’s residential market continues to evolve, AMANI stands as a testament to the shift towards a more holistic approach to living, where comfort and community take precedence over mere square footage. For those interested in learning more about AMANI and exploring the full development, further information is available on the official website.
