Voting process - All polling stations across Russia have opened as normal, Pamfilova said. - Voter turnout in Russia’s parliamentary elections stood at 10.41% as of 2:00 p.m. Moscow time (11:00 a.m. GMT), a TASS correspondent reported from the Central Election Commission’s information center. Remote electronic voting system - As many as 1,500,193 Russians cast their ballots online as of 10:00 a.m. Moscow time (7:00 a.m. GMT), according to the remote electronic voting system’s data. - Over four million people signed up on the federal platform to vote remotely. - One million voters in Moscow have cast their ballots online in the elections in two and a half hours, according to data from the Public Election Monitoring Center in Moscow reviewed by TASS. Donbass, Novorossiya - The State Duma elections have begun in the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) for the first time, the region’s election commission told TASS. - Over 750 public observers will monitor the election process at polling stations in the LPR during the voting days, Anton Kondratenko, deputy head of the Public Election Monitoring Center in the LPR, told TASS. - Three-day voting has started at polling stations in the Zaporozhye Region, Galina Katyushchenko, chair of the regional election commission, told TASS. - Polling stations have opened on the single voting day in the Kherson Region, which takes part in the State Duma elections for the first time, a TASS correspondent reports.
