The fire was fully contained within an hour, by approximately 4:30 PM, after consuming around 5 donums of land primarily covered in low wild vegetation. The rapid response from local firefighting services played a crucial role in managing the situation.

A total of 23 personnel from the Forestry Department were deployed, supported by five fire engines and one bulldozer. Additionally, the Fire Service contributed nine personnel, utilizing two fire engines and two bulldozers. Aerial support was also provided, with five aircraft assisting in the firefighting efforts.
