**Keo plc Announces Potential Delay in €1.69 Million Dividend Payout Due to Technical Issues**

**Nicosia, Cyprus** – Beverage company Keo plc has informed its shareholders that technical difficulties with its dividend calculation software may result in a delay in the distribution of an approved dividend amounting to €1.69 million. This announcement was made on Friday, following the company’s annual general meeting held on July 8, 2026, where shareholders voted in favor of the dividend payout.

The approved dividend translates to 4 cents per fully paid share, and it is set to be funded from the company’s profits for the year 2024, which are currently held within its revenue reserve. Keo plc management has assured shareholders that they are making every effort to resolve the technical issues and complete the dividend distribution by the original deadline of August 17, 2026. However, if these efforts do not succeed, the company has committed to ensuring that the dividend will be paid no later than August 25, 2026.

According to the terms outlined in the company’s announcement on July 9, 2026, shareholders who are recorded on the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) register as of July 20, 2026, will remain eligible to receive the dividend. The company’s shares began trading ex-dividend on July 17, 2026, following the close of trading on July 16, 2026, which was the final cum-dividend date for qualifying investors. Additionally, investors who acquired shares through off-market transfers completed by the July 20 record date will also be entitled to the 4-cent per share distribution.

During the annual general meeting, shareholders not only approved the dividend but also formally accepted the directors’ report and the consolidated financial statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. The meeting also saw the re-election of board members Ioannis Charilaou, Demos Demou, and Simos Chamboullas, who retired by rotation as per the articles of association.

Furthermore, Deloitte Ltd was reappointed as the external auditor for the year 2026, with the board and audit committee authorized to determine the auditor's remuneration at a later date. The shareholders also approved the group’s remuneration report for the year ending December 31, 2025, along with the director fees for the upcoming year.

As Keo plc navigates these technical challenges, shareholders are advised to stay informed about any updates regarding the dividend payout timeline. The company remains committed to resolving the issues promptly to fulfill its obligations to its investors.
