The transactions were conducted on Euronext Athens, where Allwyn executed all open-market purchases. The repurchase activity began on August 17, when the company acquired 80,676 shares at a total cost of €1,107,641.14, translating to an average price of €13.7295 per share.
The following day, August 18, saw an increase in repurchase activity, with Allwyn purchasing 96,388 shares for €1,374,377.21. This day marked the highest average price of the week at €14.2588 per share.
August 19 was the most active day for Allwyn, as the company recorded its largest single-day volume by repurchasing 112,769 shares for €1,586,558.34, averaging €14.0691 per share.
