This decision was made during the company's eighteenth annual general meeting, which took place on July 17, 2026.
In an official announcement released on Monday, the company specified that the record date for identifying the beneficiaries of this dividend is set for July 31, 2026. Mitsides has proposed August 25, 2026, as the payment date for the dividend, although it will issue a further announcement to confirm this date.
In addition to the dividend declaration, the general assembly reviewed and approved the directors’ report and the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025. Shareholders also re-elected retiring directors Achilleas Demetriades, Marios Demetriades, and Marios Loucaides to the board, ensuring continuity in the company’s leadership.
The meeting further included the approval of the directors’ remuneration for the year 2026, reflecting the shareholders' confidence in the board's management. Additionally, the assembly sanctioned the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd as the company’s auditors for the upcoming year, granting the board of directors the authority to determine the firm’s remuneration.
This dividend payout marks a significant return to shareholders, highlighting Mitsides Public Company Limited's commitment to rewarding its investors while maintaining a robust financial performance. The company’s strategic decisions during the meeting indicate a focus on stability and growth as it navigates the business landscape in the coming years.
