**Palestine Claims Fulfillment of Obligations Under Ceasefire Agreement, Blames Israel for Stalemate**
TUNIS, August 1 (TASS) — Hamas has asserted that the Palestinian side has met all its obligations under the ceasefire agreement with Israel, while attributing the current impasse to the Israeli leadership's reluctance to adhere to the terms of the agreement. Khaled Qaddoumi, Hamas' representative in Iran, made these statements in an interview with TASS, emphasizing that the onus now lies with Israel to fulfill its commitments.
Qaddoumi stated, "The Palestinian side has done everything required of it. There are no unfulfilled obligations remaining. Now the world must understand that nothing more should be demanded of the Palestinian side." He highlighted the sacrifices made by the Palestinian people in their struggle, noting that they have given their lives and land in defense against what he described as a century-long war imposed upon them.
The Hamas representative criticized the current Israeli leadership, particularly Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and members of his far-right cabinet, for their unwillingness to implement the agreements that have been reached. Qaddoumi suggested that personal and ideological motivations are influencing Israel's approach, stating, "They seek to expel Gaza’s residents, impose settlement construction in the Strip, and commit genocide. They do not want the war to end."
He pointed out the ongoing violence in the region, recalling that since the signing of the ceasefire agreement, approximately 1,200 Palestinians have lost their lives due to Israeli attacks.
