The police reported that the stolen property, which included the boiler and a quantity of metal piping, was valued at approximately €6,000. Additionally, damage caused to the plumbing installations during the attempted theft was also estimated at €6,000.

Following the arrest, the 54-year-old was remanded in custody for five days as investigations continue. Authorities are actively searching for the second suspect involved in the incident.
