**‘Rocking Autism’ in Nicosia with Live Bands to Support Neurodiversity**
Nicosia, Cyprus – On Saturday, July 4th, local businesses will come together to host a vibrant block party titled ‘Rocking Autism’ in the Municipal Parking area on Pargas Street. The event, which will take place outside popular venues such as True Heart Café, Moondogs, CoffeeHouse, and Karma Fitness, aims to raise funds for the NGO Voice for Autism.
The festivities will kick off at 6 PM and continue until midnight, featuring an exciting lineup of live music, including bands and DJs. The headlining act will be the renowned Athens-based band ‘Hermaphrodite’s Child,’ celebrated for their nostalgic performances of 50s and 60s rock ’n’ roll classics. Attendees can expect to enjoy a repertoire that includes timeless hits from legendary artists such as The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Elvis Presley, and Chuck Berry, alongside beloved Greek songs from Paschalis & The Olympians.
This family-friendly event is designed to be inclusive and welcoming for all, with a minimum entry donation of €5. Children under the age of 12 will be admitted free of charge. Proceeds from the event will directly benefit Voice for Autism, which is dedicated to supporting individuals with autism and their families.
